Showing Australia you've got what it takes

hello • 19 September 2017

On our Conversation Convoy we’ve travelled 14,000 km, visited 30 communities and shown countless Australians how to Ask R U OK?, Listen, Encourage action and Check in. Because we’ve all got what it takes to follow those steps and support those struggling with life.

The R U OK? Conversation Convoy aimed to inspire every Aussie, no matter their location, to invest more time in the people around them and give them the skills, motivation and confidence to start a conversation with anyone they may be worried about.

Here's what was achieved over our six week journey:

If you’re unsure, uncomfortable or not sure how to ask R U OK? visit www.ruok.org.au/how-to-ask
