2021 with R U OK?

hello • 23 December 2021

This year has been tough for many, but it has also highlighted once again the importance of staying connected and being there for one another.

Every day we hear from Australians who share with us the positive impact an R U OK? conversation has had in their life or how by asking 'are you OK?', they've helped someone in their world find support. These stories remind us that a conversation really can change a life.

Our R U OK? in 2021 video highlights some of the wonderful work being done by our community of supporters who are helping us create a world of connection and belonging.

If you or someone you know needs some extra support, visit our directory of national support and services here. For support at any time of day or night, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
