Each year we hear from people about the impact that meaningful R U OK? conversations have on their lives. 2024 was no different.
Hailing from Tassie to the Top End, we've heard endless stories of people asking, 'Are you OK?', listening and supporting each other through life's ups and downs.
Our call to Ask R U OK? Any Day seeks to inspire regular conversations and year-round connections. Thank you to all who have championed this message in your workplaces, schools and communities.
The '2024 with R U OK?' video highlights some of this wonderful work being done across the country by our passionate community of supporters.
