Every day we hear from Australians who share with us the positive impact an R U OK? conversation has had in their life or how by asking,  'are you OK?', they've helped someone in their world find support. The video below shares some of the stories of 2022 that remind us that a conversation can truly change a life.


Holiday office closure


The R U OK? office is closed from Thursday 22 December and will reopen Tuesday 10 January.
